Beginning with the initial consultation meeting and throughout the design process, communication will be key as Moss & Mortar works with you to understand your needs and preferences. Whether through conversations, wish lists, or images of spaces you’ve dreamed of, Steve wants to hear your ideas so he can bring them to life and achieve your desired outcome. These elements will be incorporated into every aspect of the conceptual design stage, through the final design phase. Once you’ve settled on a design that works for you, construction-ready drawings will be completed to scale, and if desired, Steve can connect you to his network of contractors to bring your vision to fruition. Throughout construction, Moss & Mortar can oversee the implementation of the project to ensure compliance to standards and that the integrity of the final design is maintained. Regardless of the extent of services utilized, Moss & Mortar’s ultimate goal is to collaborate with you to create your very own urban oasis.
